Common Questions

Everything event planners ask before booking. Answered plainly.

How does Crimson Speakers work?

You tell us about your event: industry, audience size, format, goals, and budget. We review your request and come back within 24 hours with 2 to 3 curated speaker recommendations, each with a specific rationale tied to your event. If you want to move forward, we handle the introduction and coordination. The entire process is free to event organizers.

Is Crimson Speakers free for event organizers?

Yes. Crimson does not charge event organizers a separate sourcing fee. Speakers pay a flat membership fee, never a percentage of their speaking fee. Organizers should still review the quoted speaker fee, travel, rights, and contract terms.

How is Crimson different from a traditional speaker bureau?

Speaker-bureau compensation models vary. Crimson does not charge event organizers a separate sourcing fee. Organizers receive recommendations and fee guidance, then review the speaker fee, travel, rights, and contract terms before booking.

How fast can Crimson match a speaker to my event?

Our standard turnaround is within 24 hours of receiving your event details. For urgent bookings, contact us directly at hello@crimsonspeakers.com and we will prioritize your request.

What industries do Crimson speakers cover?

The Crimson roster includes speakers with deep experience in technology, financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, retail, energy, education, real estate, government, and professional associations, among others. Every speaker on the roster specializes in AI and its practical application in business contexts.

How much do AI keynote speakers typically cost?

Fees vary significantly based on the speaker's profile and demand. Entry-level established speakers typically start around $10,000. Mid-tier speakers with strong credentials and track records range from $25,000 to $50,000. Marquee names command $50,000 and above. All Crimson speakers have their fee ranges listed on their profile pages. There is never a fee to event organizers on top of the speaker's rate.

Can I see video of speakers before booking?

Yes. Many speaker profiles on Crimson include embedded speaking reels so you can see the speaker in action before making a decision. For speakers where video is not yet embedded, we can provide reel links upon request.

How do I request a speaker through Crimson?

Fill out the request form at crimsonspeakers.com/contact with your event details. Include the date, industry, audience size, format, and budget range. The more detail you provide, the more precise our recommendations will be. We respond within 24 hours.

What if I already have a speaker in mind?

Tell us in the request form under 'speakers you're already considering.' We can confirm availability, provide context on fit, and in many cases facilitate the booking directly. We can also suggest comparable options if your first choice is unavailable or over budget.

Does Crimson work with speakers outside the United States?

The Crimson roster includes speakers based in multiple regions. Availability, travel, visas, logistics, and included coordination vary by speaker and engagement, so confirm each item before contracting.

How do speakers join Crimson?

Speakers apply through the For Speakers page at crimsonspeakers.com/for-speakers. Crimson reviews every application and selects speakers based on expertise in AI, speaking track record, and fit with the roster. The Crimson flat fee is charged only when a booking is made through the platform. There are no exclusivity requirements.
