Ethan Mollick is an Associate Professor of Management at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, where he studies how AI affects work, entrepreneurship, and education. He holds the Ralph J. Roberts Distinguished Faculty Scholar title and is a Rowan Fellow. He co-directs the Generative AI Labs at Wharton, which build AI prototypes and study how people can benefit from AI while limiting its risks. He wrote Co-Intelligence: Living and Working with AI, and his work on AI and simulations in the classroom led Poets & Quants to name him MBA Professor of the Year.
